Swedish massage therapy is what comes to mind when most people think about massage. One of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes. But Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation. Swedish massage is very beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Your Therapist will personalise the treatment for you based on your goals.

Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but is used when the deeper pressure may be beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

Hot stone massage is a deeply relaxing and healing form of massage that uses hot stones. The combination of advanced massage techniques with hot stones delivers faster results. The heat warms and relaxes the muscles, which allows the therapist to apply deeper pressure, if desired. The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system.

Sports massage therapy is geared toward athletes of every kind, and every level. Sports massage technique are specific to the sport of choice or issue at hand. Focusing on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements. It can help to promote flexibility, reduces fatigue, improves endurance, helps prevent injuries and prepares their body and mind for optimal performance.

Indian head massage is often used to help detoxify the body and reduce stress and fatigue by stimulating lymphatic drainage. It can also help to increase mental clarity and to relax & rejuvenate the recipient.
A variety of massage movements are used to relieve tension, stimulate circulation and restore joint movement. One of the biggest benefits is that it opens the body to deeper relaxation, allowing for a deeper more peaceful sleep.
