Day 8 – Breath Counting

Day 8. Breath Counting. 

We are all familiar with the practice of Mindfulness, yet even though this is a well known buzz word and concept the reality of how to practice mindfulness, or be ‘Zen’ eludes most of us. Mindfulness, is so wonderfully simple that the practice and benefits are available to everybody.

Today we will begin with Breath counting, a technique from Zen practices which helps us to simply slow down and be in the present.
