Day 24 – Shifting your Awareness

In Meditation, certain practices can bring you to focusing internally, others externally. There are practices which cultivate ‘single pointed awareness’, others that cultivate taking in whatever is happening all around you. We are going to explore shifting our awareness, from internal, to external, from breath, to all around us. This practice cultivates Mindfulness, so be present to whatever comes and goes from your own mind and body. Everything is exactly as it should be, in this moment.
