Day 1 – Introduction to Mantra (click here)

Thank you for joining me on this 30 day journey through meditation. We will be repeating meditations several times to explore a deeper understanding of ourselves, and the practices. 
Each day you will receive an email encouraging you to keep your intention and stay committed to your meditation practice, as well as insights which support each meditation. 

Day 1.

Introduction to Mantra.

Your intention to become calmer, more focused and happier through Meditation practice is a good one :-). It’s realistic, and you have the right to live your life feeling happy, calm and fulfilled.
Don’t feel that you have to be good at this, that if your mind wanders you have failed – your mind will wander.  Each time you notice it though, you become truly present. By acknowledging that you can use these moments to practice awareness, and to let go of judging yourself. It’s ok! 🙂 
For the first few days we are going to do a very simple Mantra practice to help you to begin to practice bringing your mind into the present. Don’t worry if you miss a day, don’t worry if you think you’re no good at relaxing. Just remember your intention, sit in silent stillness, and with time and practice you will feel the way you want to feel.
