Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation and no show policies.

As you know some of our classes can be quite busy and often there are waitlists for certain classes. What is happening regularly is that some students will not show up for classes which are fully booked, and therefore are blocking other students from attending / booking the class.

We also have busy therapy rooms, and when a client does not show up for an appointment or does not cancel within our cancellation window (24 hours), then other clients miss out on getting their appointment.

Therefore, we are reinforcing our current cancellation and no show policy for both classes and appointments, and we have summarised it for you below.

Some things to bear in mind:

  • For classes we will give 3 reminders of our policy if students do not follow the cancellation/no show policy, before any charge is made against students account.
  • For appointments (Massage and Therapies) clients will be given 1 reminder of our policy if they do not follow the cancellation/no show policy, before any charge is made against their account.

Yoga and Pilates Clients

  • When there is a late cancel or no show it is stopping others from doing a class. If students know they can’t come, they should  let us know as early as possible (or cancel themselves out online) to allow others to get in, otherwise:
  • Unfortunately, if they book a class and don’t show up, they will be charged a no show fee of €10 or you will lose a class if you are on class packs).
  • If they don’t cancel a booked class at least 3 hours before the class they will be charged a late cancel fee of €5.
  • This is purely to make sure people respect others and ensure everybody who wants to get to class is facilitated

Massage Clients

  • When there is a late cancel or no show it is stopping others from having a Massage. If clients know that they can’t come, they should let us know as early as possible (or cancel themselves out online) to allow others to get in, otherwise:
  • Unfortunately, if they book an appointment and don’t show up, they will be charged a no show fee of 100% of the appointment price (or 1 Member Massage on account, if a member)
  • If they don’t cancel a booked appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment they will be charged a late cancel fee of 50% of the appointment price (or 30 minutes of Member Massage time on account).
  • This is purely to make sure everybody respects others and ensure everybody who wants to get to an appointment is facilitated

All reminders will be via text message, and changes are effective immediately. Consistent breach of the policy will result in a suspension of a student/clients online booking.
