Kid’s yoga classes suitable for boys and girls aged 5-9 years or 10-12 years.
Yoga is a great way to improve balance, coordination, focus, flexibility, and have lots of fun! Using songs, dance and body movement children can explore yoga in a fun and interactive setting.
Each class will include relaxation and mindfulness, helping children to learn how to relax and unwind.
Yoga has been shown to help improve children’s focus, attention, resilience and self confidence.
Sarah Walsh has over 10 years of experience as a primary school teacher, and specialises in yoga for children, teens families and children with additional needs.
